Welcome to the Regina Institute of Kempo Karate

Members of RIOKK train year-round under the instruction and guidance of Grand Master Greg Harding (8^th Dan) and Mr. Darcy Thiele (5^th Dan). Adult and teen classes are held three times weekly and youth classes are held each Saturday at RIOKK's training facility.

FALL 2018 classes start Saturday, September 15th, 2018

Please fill out the attached registration form (listed under FORMS) and bring it with you for the first class.

Time: 10:00 - 11:00 beginner

11:00 – 11:30 intermediate / senior

Location: 40 Dixon Crescent

Cost for Saturday sessions: $70
