Welcome to the Regina Institute of Kempo Karate
Members of RIOKK train year-round under the instruction and guidance of Grand Master Greg Harding (8th Dan) and Mr. Darcy Thiele (4th Dan). Adult and teen classes are held three times weekly and youth classes are held each Saturday at RIOKK's training facility at 1515 6th Avenue, Regina, SK.
